Another year coming to an end. Here is the Summary

Jan :  Came to US with the family on Jan10th. Abhi's first time flight travel.
Jan :  bapu passed away on Jan22nd. Ananth's father also passed away on the same day. sad moment.
Jan : Stayed in Liberty hill apartment in Solon, oh.
Feb: Started working on the integration project. prepared project plan. Travelled to Boston and met friends. Prnav started to going to Day care "New Adventures" in Twinsburg.
Mar: Shivaipally mama passed away. sad news. it was sudden. went to chicago to meet Srujan.
Mar: Abhi's first b'day. Uncle and aunty came from India.
Apr : Moved to islander apartment.  Busy with the  project. Pranav started going to "Scribes and s
May: Extremely busy with conversions on the project.
June: got promotion news. Promoted to Manager.
July: Pranav Joined Swimming classes. Went to park regulary with  Pranav and Abhi.
Aug: Officially promoted as Manager. Went to Mackinaw city for the labor day weekend.
Sept: Abhi had surgery. it was succesful.  Aunty went to India. dropped in Chicago.
Oct: Getting ready for India trip.
Nov: Wave 4 go-live. some issues but it was succesful.  travelled to India.
Dec: Pranav's 5th birthday . Manu's marriage. had surgery and travelled back to US.
