 Another year , full of actions. I'm writing this blog on 01/06 while traveling from Doha to SFO in Qatar airways. 

Jan : Started with 1 mile run (bare foot) in Honolulu. Traveled back to SF on 2nd. Did some walks in the memory of Bapu.  Wanted to continue HM and finished one. Did 21 mile Thaipoosam walk.  Got the notification that 485 approved for all of us by end of Jan. Great news.  Also got to know that Tony will be rolling upto Manu. Shocking news for us. Didn't understand the rationale. Patancharu land sale process started. got good price.

Feb: Traveled to Seattle for GKO. Spent good time with Raghu and rest of the gang. Received GC on Feb 6th. Celebrated with Macallan 18.  Had offsite at Monterey. Tony announced that he is leaving. Sad news. Enterprise arch moved under me. expanded scope for me.  Classmates trip in SanDiego end of the Feb. Had good time. Continued fitness and ran another HM. Tinku's I140 approved.  

Mar: Tony left and started reporting to MN. One of the smartest manager I ever worked for us but not as people friendy as TR.  Slowly got some friction on executing AI initiatives with MM.  Abhi turned 13, official teenager. 

Apr : Driving AI intiatives on GTM efficiency, customer Support . lot of learning. EB1A referals in full swing .  Work is crazy with Deal flow. Lot of challenges at Work with Man and Mat. Pooja at Tinku home. Celebrated Sami and Maha birthdays. Offsite at work in Apr on CFT. Lot of escaltions around CE2 project. It didn't go quite well. 

May:  Busy at Work.  Aunty went to India. Traveled to SanDiego for CFO offsite. Presented on Consumption tools to 40+ leaders . Met Neeraj in SD.  Lot of discussion around land.

Jun : Summer holiday started but weather was windy.  Booked India tickets after much back and forth .  Went to vacation near Paso robles. Went to Pismo beach and kids had fun with ATV rides. 

July: Sky diving for the first time. Went on Mt. Diablo ride . it was extremely tough.  Pranav and I went to Seattle for Hari and Tanuja function. Good time with CBIT gang. Went to India.  Amma, Anna, Akkas, myself and Rakesh went to Tirupathi. That was memobrable. In this trip, I learnt about Rak's financial troubles. it was very concerning. he didn't have any financial knowledge and in lot of debt.  This was tough time but I'm glad we got to know now.  Had couple of data bricks interviews.

Aug: Came back from India trip. Databricks interview in Full swing.  Abhi started 8th and Pranav 11th. Didn't get the job in the last round. Got to know that Rak's has more debts than he shared. he lied a lot.  Got to know Man's leaving CFLT. we are move under peoples org. Started reporting to Collen.  Padmakka and Chinni visited end of Aug and went to Monterey. Abhi Soccer season started. 

Sep: Customer support AI work in full swing. struggling with Jyo. Started working on Deal flow document. lot of CE discussions. Brought structure to the discussions

Oct: Started diet. cut down Tea and Sugar. Reddy garu hospitalized.  Lot of hikes with Sweety.  On Halloween, JN reached about AnyScle opty.

Nov: Pranav's soccer season started. Went to Pheonix for Srujan's house warming. Man, Tej came to bay area, good time at thanksgiving. Acq activities going on.  Anysc interviews went well. 

Dec:  Big month. Pranav turned 17. on the same day, got the news that CF*T got acquired by I*M. My interview with CEO of A**S*le went well. I got the offer and I need to make tough decision to leave almost $500k on the table. hopefully An**e works out. Went on Cruise trip with Classmates . great trip. went to India end of the month. Celebrated New year at Ravali's place.
