Dublin

Almost an year since we saw the house in Dublin.



Scott - Sudhakar here and M from HR is on the line with me. Scott, As you know you are under performance improvement plan for 3 weeks and we haven't seen much improvement in this period. This meeting is notification of seperation and your last day is today.

HR is here to answer any questions, you may have.


First time , let someone go based on the performance.

Got 10% hike . Promoted as Director and it's not official on paper yet as Jeff S wanted to review all promotions of directors.

Had great time at Albany for this new client. Great discussions for two weeks . Has great team.

Abhi started Kinder garten on Aug 14th and Pranav started 3rd grade. Wow, boys are growing so fast. unbeliverable.

Started Abhi on Med. so far he is doing good in school.

Pranav started basketball classes in Club one. He is enjoying and playing very well. one thing I liked about them is they have weekly tournaments. Pranav's first tournament is in Chabot college in Hayward and he scored one goal, it's rebound. Great stuff.  He got injured twice. Pranv's team Hornets won two games.

Abhi started swimming and Soccer. So far he is enjoying both the games. he scored two goals in last week's game and his team won 4-2.

Abhi is signing songs very well. He almost sings most of Fida telugu movie songs. Vachinde song is favorite. He almost wrote the song in English on the board. unbelievable talent.

Pranav is doing great with Legos. He taught Abhi how to build legos. Abhi built his first lego.

I'm out  on business travel for entire week. not good. missing kids and vig. it's becoming very difficult for Vig to manage kids.

May go to India again end of September. Going to Hawaii in October to celebrate 10th marriage anniversary ,which is in next 6 days.
