US Trip - Dad

I was in India from 18 Dec to 11 Jan and my dad's health was not in good shape. It detoriated day by day. He had a bed sour which became uncontrollable wound. I took him to doctors but it was not cured.

I visited him day before my travel and I had the feeling that it will be the last time I see him alive and it became true today. I didn't expect he will pass away in 10 days of travel . we were expecting for 3-4 months.  He wound became worse and it smelled very badly. He didn't take food for a week . he survived only on liquids.

His last breath was at 9:20 PM IST on 22 Jan 2013. My sister, mother and chinnamma were with him. Bapureddy was also there.

I got a call from Prabodhan at 11:02 AM EST and I was in a meeting with Nikhil. I finished the meeting and left home. Weather was very bad (6F) and I drove slowly. I called amma, akka ,anna and attamma after reaching home.

It's a sad moment... may his soul rest in peace...

If  I have to put things in context in the history, it was the time where Obama took office for the second time, Peak telangana moment in the Hyd, Abhi is about have his first teeth and he started to walk.
